Whether you work out multiple times a week or haven't worked out in a very long time, our trained instructors will work with you to find your optimal cardio workout and meet your fitness goals!
If you have little one(s) ages 4+, we now have a KIDZ ZONE where they can play video games, watch movies, play with toys, read books in bean bag chairs, or play in our clubhouse...all while you workout!
Our cardio kickboxing classes are 1 hour long and start precisely at the listed class time. Classes start with a warm-up round of cardio and muscle exercises from jogging to squats to crunches. A short round of stretches follows the warm up, then it's time for gloves on for some intense punching and kicking! Each class ends with a cool down stretch session. Every single workout varies on what routines and body areas you will be working for that day. Be sure to bring some water with you, as you will be sweating within a few minutes after starting your workout.
